Ok so- I've fucking watched like every recent (like 30 years) cool movie known to man....Waiting for Tuesday has gotten gay...So I have succumbed to watching old movies...even Black and whites....So I need Villains...Who plays the fucking Bad Guy well? Robert Mitchum...Ya I know about him already...Who else? Who do cool criminals role model themselves after? Now don't trip for a second that I do not personally exemplify "this" but alas we can always better ourselves....Bring on the fucking bad guys and the movies where they died and got fucked over....Let's learn.....

One of my faves was the gang of bad guys in Death Sentence....So under rated.....

Donkey Long is very bad people. Just saying.

Robin Williams plays a real creepy bad guy.

Everyone is familiar with his role in "One Hour Photo" but give "The Secret Agent" with Bob Hoskins a look. Based on the classic novel "The Secret Agent: A Simple Tale" by Joseph Conrad published in 1907

He plays the supporting role of 'the Professor'. An anarchist bomber in turn of the century England.
The closing scene to the movie still gives me chills!

The best villians are the ones played by actors who you don't associate villians with.

Henry Fonda in Once Upon a Time in the West, Angela Lansbury in The Manchurian Candidate, Laurence Olivier in Marathon Man, Burt Lancaster in Seven Days in May, etc. Kevin Spacey plays villians good also.

You know Henry Fonda loved being able to shed his Hollywood typecast for that movie. It showed in his performance.

Two more recent Australian productions, Wolf Creek and Storm Warning, had quite refreshing antagonists.

Denzel Washington in Training Day, Wesley Snipes in New Jack City, Anthony Hopkins in Silence of The Lambs, Ted Levine in Silence of The Lamb, Robert DeNiro in Taxi Driver and Cape Fear
