Anywhooooo ... I already did 5 miles this morning!! The last 3.5 miles carrying 20-25 pounds in my backpack!! [Books + Veggies]

I also took 6 containers of computer books up 5 sets of stairs. Books are heavier than you might expect.

And, I spent 3 hours in the library doing research on my book.

I'll be doing 3 more miles this evening [the standard FatMan walk unit] if the rain isn't too too bad ...



None of it counts when you down 4,000 calories worth of crap when you get home.
