That describes most people I know in NYC who work for a "liberal" small business owner.

When I worked for an internet company, the vacant 3rd floor was used unofficially for pot smoking and both owners could be found down there with the designers.

An architect client I had used to smoke with the staff in the back of the office. He was an older guy. He just turned 70 about the time when I met him.
