I believe their styles/possessions are mostly interchangeable. If you were to break into their place, you could probably tell their ethnicity by checking their music collection. A black household would have an old MC Hammer cassette. A white trash household would have an old Vanilla Ice cassette.

If you're still unsure, look for wine glasses. Black household = no wine glasses. White trash = plastic wine glasses. Make sure to check the fridge. Boxed wine + malt liquor = interracial household.
