I doubt that this bill is going anywhere. I don't even think he's got the majority of his own caucus behind it. He's a first-termer who barely won his seat by ~400 votes (.8 percent.) He actually referred to his alma mater, the University of Georgia, as a "liberal bastion" that should be bombed, save for the football team.



I'm surprised that a congressman from Georgia would think this is a good idea for him politically. Let me roll out my Rand-McNally atlas and have a look at Georgia. Hmmm, Ft. Benning, Ft. Stewart, Ft. Gordon, Ft. McPherson, Ft. Gillem, Robins A.F.B., Moody A.F.B., Dobbins Air Reserve Base, and Atlanta N.A.S.
