Not a free website but the largely ignored forth realm of the internet (World Wide Web, eMail, IRC, Usenet), also known as Newsgroups. Free to access after paying for your internet connection, depending on your ISP.
Newsgroups and Bulletin Boards were all that was available on the internet in the Prodigy days (the 70's and 80's) before the introduction of the WWW.
alt.binaries.pictures.erotic.hardcore is an example of a newsgroup address which is accessible only through your newsreader and not your web browser.
