In retirement, Barry was a real son of a bitch. He complained constantly. His annual crowning achievement was to get some Mexican laborers to put up Christmas lights on his house at Tatum & Lincoln every winter. Don't forget that he paid these illegals like a dollar a day.

Barry hated John McCain...and later Jon Kyl...for making it into the Senate without having his imprimatur. Right...just like he never asked for the blessing of Carl Hayden when he wanted to run for office. Not to mention that Kyl took the office of a seated Democrat, Dennis DeConcini.

Barry's descendants aren't much better. I went to Brophy with Bob Goldwater. Nice guy until she showed up for senior finals completely shitfaced. He wandered into his guidance counselor's office a pissed all over the place. Next time you see an ad for the "Goldwater Law Firm," remember it's this douchebag who runs it.
