That's a wimpy bail amount for a felony - I'm guessing a possession, or probation violation, etc. Something non-violent, but ofcourse I'm no expert.

Apparently US jails are overcrowded already so I don't know how she can be in prison for so long on relatively minor offences. I can't believe her previous 1 year sentence for doing $400 worth of damage in a 7-11 store when so many celebrities get off so easily
