I was cleaning some stuff out over the weekend, when I came across a few cassettes from a KUPD radio show in Phoenix called the "Surf 'n' Thrash Special" hosted by JonathanL. The tapes in question was from Summer 1989. I played the tape, there were some great old surf and hardcore songs I'd forgotten:
