Last saturday I visited my grandparents which live in Far Rockaway, Queens, NY. The area is pretty much in the back of the JFK airport and near the beachfront. To get there I have to transfer a bunch of trains and finaly get onto the A train that goes in the right direction because there are 2 different A trains.

Anyway, the train got me to the 90th street and I had to take the free shuttle bus over to the other side of the Far Rockaway area. While riding the shuttle bus, I had a chance to view the hood.

Almost all the people that are on the street wear hoodies and hip-hop clothing. A lot of people on the bus were listening rap and hi hop. Some guy was even rapping whil eriding the bus. The streets are dirty, but a lot of small 1-2 family houses are being built and a lot of them are already occupied (the ones that are finished).

Once I got out the bus, I noticed the fine ass crack of the black girl that was in front of me. She had a melon-booty and I dont think that she had any panties on.

I'm always amazed at how little New Yorkers like the waterfront. In every other city in the world it is sought, yet Manhattanites' focus is inward toward Central Park. I've been to Far Rockaway--it looks a little like New England in some places. It's got lovely beach property with lots of potential, yet New York puts housing projects on it. The only reason I can think of its low status is that it takes forever to get to work from there.

Maybe also because if/when there's a nor'easter or the potentially big hurricane all of that will be washed away.
