Ba-Tampte Half Sour Pickles. Low-Carb Breyers Ice Cream. Tuna Salad [Albacore tuna, celery, carrots, bell peppers, onions, jamaican hot peppers, horse radish, mustard, spaghetti sauce, mayonaise]. Roasted chicken. 2 slices of slicing pepperoni wraped in 1 slice of Provalone cheese. Olives. Marinated mushrooms. Large sweet grapefruit. Chicken breast cooked in a frying pan with butter, various bell peppers, jalapena peppers, onions and garlic. Hard boiled eggs. Grape/Cherry tomatos & baby carrots. Polly-O String cheese. Acorn squash. Ice cold Weehawken tap water. Pickled Herring. White fish salad. Pecans, almonds & walnuts. Salmon salad [canned pink salmon, onions, wine vinegar]. Sardines in tomato sauce. Broiled chicken legs. Catfish in frying pan with butter. Romaine lettuce hearts. Smoked salmon.

Spaghetti sauce?
Yeah. A tablespoon or so per two tuna cans for color, tang and slight sweetness.
In general, it's my form of ketchup. I don't like ketchup much, so I use spaghetti sauce with my meat, french fries, etc. It's tastier and has less sugar. I like italian spices ... basil, oregano, rosemary, garlic. All most everything I cook is subjected to garlic, basil and oregano.
