You can use natural sponges in the make-up aisle. I think they're made of cellulose. If you're doing porn, just get the depo shot. Fail proof birth control and you only get your period 4 times a year.



Or you can take the pill continuously(if you arent on a triphasal)..this is what I do and I almost never have to deal with a period anymore! Woo hoo! I dont think I could shoot on the rag..too painful and stressful. I want to ENJOY my scenes...not worry about if any blood is showing!!
