That very well could be true but from what I've read online it's is definitely not unusual for some local whore to use pictures of porn chicks and a brief description to make it sound like she could be her. I think they call it the "old bait and switch". As an example there's a thread on TER right now discussing whether or not a chick using pictures of Evelyn Lin is legit or not.
