You woldnt feel too bad for $4.00, even if the food was total crap. I visited a couple of $4.00 places that has crappy food, but I didnt felt very bad when I left. My excuses was that my stomach was good to go for the next 4-5 hours for only $4.00, which is not bad of a deal.
