Not exactly a purchase, but it is sure to lead to a spate of them... I was given a 1988 Jaguar XJ6. The car had been sitting for years, so I've spent the past few days cleaning it up and sorting out the mechanicals. I think all I have to come out of pocket is going to be about $100.00 for a fuel pump and a new fuel filter. Who parks a car for 5 yrs with half a tank of gas? My friends do, that's who.
