Arizona inmates are unhappy with their living conditions.

Is this treatment inhumane or just what they deserve?

I am not for babying them but this seems too extreme to me.

gawd I can't imaging being in the sun in Arizona for any extended period of time. Haven't any of them died of heat stroke yet?
