I've got a connection at a Russian mom & pop pharmacy where I barter Russian movies that I download from the torrents for their replacement blades. Before that I used to buy the blades on eBay, they have the best prices there. I still buy rechargeable batteries on eBay. You gotta buy like 4-6 packs at once to get a good price.

Mach 3 is so 2001. I still have one of these laying somewhere.

The razor that I got it vibrates, it comes with a free AAA battery that will last a really long time (2-3 years).
