I read this thread pretty regular and realize I haven't been doing my part to boost the economy.

Today I bought a cup of coffee, lunch, three packs of smokes and a case of beer. I got nothing.

Last night I went shopping online for a spare battery for my android phone- a Galaxy s3. If you don't have a spare Android battery I highly recommend it as it will change your life...white people problems and all that. Verizon wanted $39.99 for one with no charger and some fucker in china is now shipping me two plus a charger for 14 dollars and change.

Haven't listened to all of it but so far yeah. It's mainly Zeppelin songs (duh, heavy on stuff from II, III and Physical Graffiti, nothing from IV, Houses of the Holy, or In Through the Out Door) but there are a few other covers as well. (Such as Fleetwood Mac's Oh Well and a few old blues tunes, might be a Yardbirds tune in there too). No Black Crowes songs though. I get the feeling this idea didn't go through their record company.

I bought a S&W BodyGuard a little while back. It's the little .380 ACP with the built in laser. No safety to fuck with. I carry it everywhere. I got a little pocket holster that's got some sort of semi-sticky material on the outside so you can easily drop it in a front pocket if you don't wear grunge-jeans and reach in and pull out only a pistol.

It's sort of a bear to shoot, as would be anything that small. I can hit what I aim at but have to admit it isn't particularly fun to shoot. I plink with something else. That's fine though- plinking isn't this tool's purpose.

Yep very similar to the Ruger. I actually enjoy shooting mine to keep it limbered up. It was hotter than Satan's ball sac where we shot so we didn't shoot as long as I would have like.

A Sony ICFC414 dual alarm clock radio from amazon.com. It was only about $20, not very expensive, but I couldn't find a decent one locally. Only crap brands. Which is why I wanted to replace the one I had.

You had to hit my old ones snooze bar just right and there were buttons on either side of it. If you hit one of those, the alarm wouldn't go back off.

Guns are a personal thing, but you might want to look at a CZ Rami or PCR. They have been around a while and are well thought out. 9mm (9mmx19) gives a warmer feeling than .380 (9mmx17) without much of a weight or capacity penalty. I would suggest the heavier loads for penetration-- especially out of a short barrel. 147gr jhp would work well. 124gr if you have to.
