It's a Dutch translation of 'Walther Rathenau' by Count Harry Kessler. Originally released in German in 1928, my (Dutch) edition is from 1929. It's definitely not the ultimate biography, as Kessler befriended Rathenau and quotes from their personal letters.

The book is 80 years old and is in mint condition. Good buy. Will read it soon.
