No, the real reason is that most of the slant-eyed sluts and their keepers have this urban myth that all American (and most European) men are hung like horses. They politely (or sometimes not politely) say it's because Gaijin don't recognize/understand Japanese customs and will therefore create a scene, but the reality is that they are afraid their stable of whores will get abused/hurt by getting fucked by horse-cocks.
