Yes is it usual for everyone to be informed of your test results?! I'm sure most talent would have had this at some stage and this would have been passed on to her by one of her male costars

Whenever this kind of thing happens it should be done really quietly and the female talent should get a kill fee which is why she would have swapped to a different agency
