All the thermogenics(fat burners) are bullshit. Creatine, glutamine, a little BCAA's is all you need. Fuck 45 minutes of cardio. Do 15 minutes 3 times a week before breakfast. Eat 6 small meals a day. The best book I can recommend is this one:

I've found a lot of promising reviews online of Arson, and I just gott see it for myself if it will work or not. Right now I gotta go and blow out a turd and then I will be off to gym. It says that the pill kicks in in around 30 minutes after you down it. So it SHOULD work by the time I will get to gym.




Those online reviews are mostly plants by people working for the company. My trainer's partner has taken women with no gym experience and had them placing in shows within a year. And his opinion is that burners (even shit like Clenbuterol) is nowhere near as effective as 15-20 minutes of interval cardio in the morning. Seriously, read the fucking book That I recommended. There are no shortcuts....
