"Here’s her quote: ‘I’ll kick you thirty grand so you’ll be okay and then I’m going to buy the house back from the bank for half.’

"I guess in her mind the contractor [another boyfriend Hunter thinks] told her if you defaulted on a mortgage the bank would turn around and have to sell the house for half. That’s not true. They actually sell the house for what it’s worth and then you owe the difference. At this point today we owe more on the house than what it’s worth. The market went down so we went from $1.1 Million down to $975,000 but we owe like $930,000. So when we close we walk away with nothing."

Hunter said the Mike Fletcher lawsuit was paid off partially out of the equity line of the house.

Hunters says since he and Love split, the conversations have only involved profanity.

"She likes to say words like cunt and fuck very frequently in conversations," Hunter points out.

"My clients don’t talk to me like that. My friends don’t talk to me like that. My ex wife curses me out on the phone. She threatens me a lot. She even in the beginning threatened to have me hurt if I tried to take over the house. She’d have her boyfriend have someone kick my ass. That’s what adults do?"

"But somehow she’s been covering the mortgage," states Hunter. "With the porno girls through the porno girls, renting out the house and with her boyfriends and whoever else she sleeps with. She manipulates to get what she wants.

"The bills are like $1,000 and the mortgage is $6900. She’s been coming up with it. She’s been dancing. Dancers make good money. They make like what, $3,000 on a weekend. She’s covering it somehow.”

"But her company is not in profit and probably not too far from going away," says Hunter.

"She had a couple of people working for her that were all professional and they all left. One of them worked for me before and said this is not going anywhere. Part of that is when you start a new company you don’t go out and lease an X-5 BMW truck and put it on your husband’s American Express card and turn in the BMW M3 that he got you and pay a $5,000 penalty because that’s what you pay to turn in a lease early and then go and put down another $5,000 on a truck.

"She does all that shit and so she drives porn stars around in a $70,000 truck. Probably a smart move for a start-up business.”

"I’ve been badgering aggressively now that I’ve established the bills aren’t being paid," says Hunter. "I think I should take the house away from her and put it on the market. I told her you just need to give me the fucking house and I’ll take it over and you won’t have to worry about it ever again. The house has a $20,000 back due property tax on it.

"The brilliant accountant Shy Love has been telling me we have 9 or 10 grand coming back to us for the 2005 and 2006 taxes. Not only is that not true, it’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of in my life. It’s just completely inaccurate. She’s in deep shit. I told her I will pay the property taxes, get it out of her name and refinance or sell it very quickly. She freaked out on me, used profanity and hung up. Then she sent text messages about how she’s going to ruin my life and that I’m such an asshole."
