What I don't understand is WHY. The law is pretty clear: Jeff, Malice and JM Productions are immune to any lawsuit brought by Donkey for what people post here. Only the individual posters can be held accountable for what they say. And, as Fatty noted above, not only does it have to be factually untrue (which seems unlikely) but Donkey has to show how he's actually been damaged. And, given his pisspoor reputation within the industry, he's got a better chance of becoming McCain's running mate. Something doesn't add up.
