The lawyer wants to make sure Donkey understands how damaging a civil law suit can be to the person bringing it. He points to the current travail of Roger Clemens.

Finally, the lawyer tells Donny that since his health is at the root of the claims, he will have to give up much if not all of his privacy rights regarding health records in public court.
