I don't know about the UK, but you can sue for the libeling the dead in such free speech havens as China.

This is the US. The absence of a factual conclusion permits debate. If I think some controlling, sadistic, violent fuck killed a sad beautiful girl whom he once beat with his pistol, then I'm allowed to express that belief in my own way.
