This is all about the risk window between tests. AIM testing didn't stop the last outbreak. However much you would like to think of yourself as a "female performer", the pool of potential partners that would be willing to fuck you is not the same as a biological female. It crosses over into bisexual and gay territory, and therefore is considerably riskier than exclusive heterosexuals. Add to this the fact that your abilities as both giver and reciever of anal sex makes your retransmission risk the same as a gay man. Like it or not, you're considerably riskier that a biological woman.
