I just finished assempling my newest computer and found out that the motherboard does not support the processor and that the BIOS should be updated/flashed. Can I do this with a CD-ROM? And if yes then how?

Leave your USB drive in the port and change the boot priority in the BIOS to the USB drive, if it is possible you should see the drive listed in there.

Sorry, I don't see that model on their English website. You'll need the BIOS update and their flash utility. Go here and get a boot disk, if you don't have USB floppy, you'll need to make CD-ROM boot disk and place those other programs on it.
The safest and most reliable way to do this is with a 3.5" floppy disk. When you build a new PC its worth the 15 bucks for the drive and cable to install just in case this type of situation arises. Even the motherboards that are supposed to give you other options don't always work or you end up hosing the bios. IF you have the 3.5" drive then its easy to find a boot dik image on the web from a DOS 6.x or Win95/98 to get the machine booted to run the flash utility and update the BIOS.
If you don't have the 3.5" floppy drive then you are fucked.

What bootdisk should I get there? I have a floppy drive and a floppy disk in my new desktop. Right now I am writing from the laptop. I also have the latest BIOS and the flash utility. They have it on the Abit Russia website.

Sorry I can't read Russian. Any of the boot disks should work but check if the utility has any requirements first, if it doesn't use the DOS 6.22 and build a floppy boot disk.
