I never heard any conclusive story about those images or whether they are genuine or not. They popped up on the net around Oct/Nov/Dec 2007. Most versions of the story revolve around the corpse being abused by a corner or mortician. One version claimed her hymen was intact until the finger sweep of the body cavity in the photos. Internet urban legends get changed and expanded pretty quickly. I never bothered to look on snopes about it.

It looks realistic, but what reason would there be for an autopsy and some of their actions seem abusive or at least beyond clinical.
