Feel free to comment in the guestbook. I'm surely not going to censor what you guys post... but please, remember before saying infantile stuff just for kicks that this is a REAL federal prosecution. The maximum penalties that John is facing is 32 years in prison and $7 million in fines. That's only if he's convicted, but it's above and beyond the thousands and thousands of dollars that this case is going to cost in legal fees. To put it in perspective, we spent on legal fees just short of a million dollars on the copyright infringement case that we won last year.
If we want people to take us at all seriously, we need to act like mature adults about this.
