As far as I know, the concept of the fallen angel isn't Biblical and comes more from other texts and traditions where HaSatan is renamed Lucifer - who isn't a biblical character.

The concept of a "fallen angel" certainly isn't in the Hebrew bible since HaSatan doesn't misbehave. In Judaism, Angels can't misbehave. They do God's will - good or bad. The concept of "evil angels" or demons do appear in places like Psalms, BUT they are sent by God as expressions of his anger/wrath.
