I acquired the spin dr rep because I still dispute Jim B's repeated assertion that Chico violently murdered Hailey. There is still no evidence of a murder or of any violence.(the pistol whip story has already been debunked) They both died of drug and alcohol abuse. Being implicated in her death would also apply if he was suspected of providing the narcotics that killed her. Hell, just having him drive her around in the stolen rental car implicates him in her death. Doesn't mean he murdered her. Police work on hunches and theories and leads. Much of which is disproven over time or in court.
