Nope. Luckily we live in a country where the police dont get to decide what is legal and what is illegal. That is usually reserved for the judicial system or the legislature.
Police merely enforce and I suspect that in the larger cities like Miami the police have better things to do than arrest content producers in mini-vans.
The Ray Guhn case will decide the legality of shooting content in Florida, if it makes to an appeal.
Otherwise, while content production may still be protected by the First Amendment for criminal matters, contractually its still probably considered prostitution.
