Tampa Bay/Oakland, yes.

Arizona and Florida ironic? No. Both already have championships this decade. Though, I admit, Florida wasn't expected to do anything this year, Arizona was a trendy pick and Colorado made it to the series last year with less talent.

Small market teams like Kansas City and their owners/management have no excuses when you look at what the Marlins have been able to accomplish.
