Not really. The only people I've ever seen real "road rage" from were outsiders. It's more a competition in which you don't acknowledge the guy you just passed; there's no "owning", if you will.

And, once you're past him, his interest shifts to the guy he's going to pass, and yours to holding your position or your next victim.
