True, and the resulting penis probably would not be that functional. I just wonder how much of a man she, now he, wanted to be if she wanted to keep all the plumbing intact. I am no doctor but I'd think that by removing the cervix and related machinery she would excrete fewer female hormones and with a testosterone regimen she'he would become more male over time. She/he wants it both ways, it seems. Functionally, it seems to me, she is now the butch part of a lesbian couple with a twist (facial hair, slightly lower pitched voice, men's jeans and lumberjack shirts).
