that's what happens to the bones of the feet from being in the skating boots all the day. completely unavoidable, and nothing a pedicure will fix. shit, mine are much worse than that... i had surgeries to try to correct them, which only ended up making it worse because i didn't heal properly, so i said fuck it and covered the worst one in tattoos.
