Based upon what Pornlaw has posted previously, I recall that porn shooting is only "legal" in California. So, it could be prosecuted as prostitution anywhere else ... though some jurisdictions might be wary of prosecuting such a case since if it was lost on appeal, it could create another "legal" area like California.
