The Mann Act is why, I guess, porn stars doing privates seek a "donation" or "gift" and no other compensation which might be construed as payment for services rendered, esp. for girls flying to NYC or elsewhere from LA. A porn star may be off the hook in terms of the Mann Act when she travels to a porn shoot, but she might still run astray of local regs regarding shooting porn within certain county or city premises, right? I think if the Salt Lake City cops busted a "Mormon Bukakke" or "LDS Anal Orgy" production being shot 100 feet from their temple there might be some jail time involved for Nevada and CA based sluts.
