I haven't seen the Mann Act used recently in regards to porn production, but I do believe the Feds used it recently and successfully in regards to a national prostitution ring and against a pimp in Georgia who transported girls to NY basically against their will.

And of course because of Spitzer, the Mann Act is back in the news.

I question whether they would use in regards to porn production however, if you are going to fly girls and pay expenses talk to a lawyer about it.
