TV news is reporting that "Kristen" is about to release her debut CD. Not bad for an hour's romp with Elliot.

As far as I'm aware, whores can't be charged under the Mann Act, just the Johns and Pimps. If she failed to report the income, though, that's another story. Just like they did to Capone, they could get her/them for tax evasion. Seems more likely to me, though, that DOJ/IRS will want them to co-operate against the bigger fish.
