Personally I dont think that IR kills anyones career. I think that the girls personality kills their carreers. Once a girl turns into a turd no one wants to hire her. When they flake, no matter how hot they are, people dont want to waste their time. It has nothing to do with the fact they have done IR or not. Almost all the big stars have done IR that i can think of...
