There is a "Ban a User" button. I haven't gone into those menus to how or if it works. There is also an un-Ban button. I think mods are to use those buttons between sparingly and never. The entire question of banning is up to da Boss anyway.

I don't know that he did it. A few days ago someone told redbeard in PM that a post of his was in the wrong forum (it wasn't). I then got a bizarre Monkey mail, and I began to wonder if it was Monkey that PM'd redbeard. No evidence at all but enough to make me wonder.
