Life is too painful, but if one makes the effort it is possible to find meaning in life. I know a woman with a degenerative muscle disease who struggles to avoid the wheelchair by using canes despite the fact that she has very little strength in her legs. Sometimes she needs my physical assistance to get into her apartment. I hope to be there for her and the many other things that I enjoy, such as long walks along the river near my place of abode and my dalliances with women, as long as it pleases God to allow me to live.
