I hate spending money on clothes, its such a fucking waste. In my case, between my wheels twirling against the sides of my slacks and spewing shit up into my lap, to being drunk 1/2 the time and spilling shit all over myself, I tend to tone the wardrobe down substantially. I keep just enough "nice" shit for the occassional High class date, Funeral, or court appearance where they will be photogs. I'd rather give my money to poor children in Calcutta and to whores named Skylar. But that's just me.
That dude made his money in drugs...I can tell just by looking at him. You dont need a real estate "boom" to make your money in real estate. In fact it is often easier when there isnt a "boom"....
