Rich guys dress any way they want and aren't concerned at all with how you think they ought to be dressed. I know a couple of guys for whom that collection of toys (including the girls) would be pocket change, who normally don't dress as fancy as that guy - call it JM casual. He's a bit young to have lucked out in the .com boom but listening to him talk for a minute would give it away (esp whether he really owns it all or a bank does).
