What a mistake. Julio Conde does not even realize what this issue really means to the industry. What cannot be accomplished through censorship is being tried through regulation.

There are people that would like this industry to disappear completely and if they cannot censor it out of existence, I suspect that they would like to regulate it to death.

If he is in talks with Cal-OSHA and LA Health, I would be worried. That should not happen without input from the rest of the industry as well as the lawyers that know this issue the best.

No one group, company or person should be meeting with LA Health and Cal-OSHA on issues that effect everyone.
