Um. Hi this is reality calling. Bush's tax cuts are what PUT us here. Giving the top 10% of the population more money doesn't stimulate the economy. They aren't the ones spending money.

In addition to that there is currently no check system functioning for the outsourcing of not only semi decent low income employment but the mid range employment is being hit as well. Tech sector jobs are being filled by non americans at a breakneck pace.

People laugh because call center jobs were the main ones being outsourced (at least until they had to deal with a tech issue and got a sing song indian they couldn't understand on the phone.) But for low income people those jobs were gold. They paid 3-5 dollars an hour more then minimum wage and would hire people with no experience. Most call centers were located in areas that were economically depressed so a 10.00 an hour job was crazy.

And those are the people spending money, the ones that were stimulating the economy.

Give people who earns 100k or more a year 10 grand it ends up in a bank, however you give someone earning 20k a year 5 or 10 more and they buy things. Like houses. Those are those things you keep hearing about being foreclosed left right and center.

The only thing that bush has accomplished is making the middle class disappear. There are more people living at poverty level or below in this country then there were even under reagan.

We went from having a budget surplus, btw the budget is what those taxes things pay for, to being in the hole again with fucking china bailing us out daily.

Yeah bush's taxes are working great.
