I'm interested in how the agencies work..
Do they actively seek work for you or do they wait for companies to contact them about you?
Are the agencies very helpful like do you get calls from them every day with work offers which you decide whether to accept or reject?
Do you pay them for transport or is that included in their cut of your fees?
Are there any fees involved or do they just take a cut of whatever work they can get you?
If you are registered with an agency can you still look for work on your own?
Do you nominate your own rates?
