It isn't about muscle mass. Muscle mass isn't good for pitchers or sprinters either. I'm no expert on HGH, but it does allow for quicker muscle repair time ... which could allow for more workouts ... thus could allow her to look better defined for her SI photoshoot ... or whatever ...
